From architectural drawings and permitting through construction and final Certificate of Occupancy, every phase was managed under one roof.
Special attention was given to kitchen layout efficiency, plumbing systems, electrical capacity, ventilation, and health code compliance to ensure the space met regulatory standards while maintaining the brand’s modern and inviting aesthetic.
